The high pressure of business highlighted the many folk
who suffer ill health
through stress and Sallyann was inspired to find ways to help people deal
with their stress through practical tools and techniques. She qualified
as a Stress Manager and developed workshops and seminars on stress management
as well as leading adult education courses. And the same month she graduated
from the University of Plymouth, her book Using Relaxation for Health
and Success was published.
Her
passion for words and love of people
led her to more training
and to realise the therapeutic power of writing in terms of physical and
spiritual wellbeing. And her latest book, The Magic of Writing Things
Down, co-authored with Canadian based therapist Mary Wood, is out
now.
She
is an inspirational presenter and writer with a priceless message to impart.
